CONTRADICTIONS IN THE BIBLE Some people say that the Bible is full of contradictions. Others say that is not. By "contradiction" we would understand producing two different statements for the same thing at the same place and at the same time and in the same proportions. There is no contradiction if I say: "I like eating apples", and "I don't like eating apples", but in the first part I mean and say Golden Delicious apples, and on the second I mean and say Granny Smith apples (different thing). The same if the first statement is dated when I was a child, and the second, 20 years later (different time); it will be no contradiction if I like eating 2 apples, but I don't like eating 20 apples (different proportions). We generally are not that careful when accepting misleading statements that sound very sound logically, and in result we get puzzled even with clear truths. For example:
